I’ve been using FreshGOGo on and off in the past two years and their delivery schedule was always unreliable. Sometimes they’ll let frozen food stay in regular truck for 5-6 hours during hot summer. Multiple times, I had to request for refunds because food was not good anymore due to their delivery delay. This time when I placed the order, the delivery time showed as Friday evening, which fits my schedule, so I proceeded the order. When Friday approached, they just casually changed the delivery time to Saturday without a specific time range. I contacted the customer service to request a cancellation because I wouldn’t be home on Saturday and did not want frozen food sat outside for whole day. No luck with that, then I asked if they can tell me the estimated delivery time or arrange to deliver mine in the early morning. The representative said they’ll contact the driver manager and then never get back to me. Very bad experience and will not use it anymore!
